Standard UK Delivery Service (UK mainland only - **)

• A fixed delivery charge of £6.50 (£7.80 inc. VAT) will be charged for all orders under £75.00 ex. VAT. Orders are normally dispatched same day for delivery next day - subject to product availability and orders placed before 1pm
• Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
• Standard delivery excludes weekends - please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery.
• Orders placed after 1 PM Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday.
• Certain products attract a delivery surcharge due to weight or volume.  This surcharge will be added during the checkout process.

* Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Isle of Man. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery information below.

** Please note the delivery of - cookware, furniture, cleaning (not chemicals), buffet and deliware, strorage, table ware, untensils, dishwash racks and first aid kits - can take longer to arrive.

Shipping to:

Northern Ireland:

• A delivery charge of £13.00 (£15.60 inc. VAT) will be charged for orders. Delivery is usually made within 48-72 hours. 
• Orders placed after 1 PM Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday.
• Please note: The above price is per parcel, if your parcel ends up needing to go into 2 or more parcels with regards to weight or dimensions - you will be contacted to pay the extra shipping charges.

Scottish Highlands & Islands:

• A delivery charge of £11.50 (£13.80 inc. VAT) will be charged for orders. Delivery is usually made within 48-72 hours. 
• Orders placed after 1 PM Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday.
• Please note: The above price is per parcel, if your parcel ends up needing to go into 2 or more parcels with regards to weight or dimensions - you will be contacted to pay the extra shipping charges.

Isle Of Man:

• A delivery charge of £11.50 (£13.80 inc. VAT) will be charged for orders. Delivery is usually made within 48-72 hours.

**Any Orders placed over a bank holiday weekend, will be processed immediately after that bank holiday.
