Returns & Refunds Policy

At Deli Supplies Ltd, we want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below before sending anything back to us.

Unwanted Items

You may return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • undamaged
  • in their original packaging
  • in a resellable condition

Items that are returned opened, damaged, used or not in a resellable condition may not be refunded.

How to Return an Item

Before returning any goods, please contact us first so we can issue you with a returns number.

Please do not return goods without a returns number, as this may delay your refund.

Return Delivery Costs

For unwanted items, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return delivery.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue so we can look into it quickly.

If the mistake is on our part, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund or return collection.

Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received and checked, we will process any approved refund back to your original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Delivery charges are not refunded for unwanted items unless the mistake is on our part.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We may be unable to accept returns for certain goods where they have been opened or used, especially where hygiene, food safety or resale condition is affected.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
